Established in 1998, Shree Sayona Enterprise(SSE) , is based in Jamnagar (also known as Brass City), India. SSE is among the leading manufacturers and exporters of quality Brass hardware and Precision parts. Being ISO certified we are committed to provide quality products and service assurance. We have got recognition in national as well as international market under the brand name “SHAYONA”. SSE was the pioneer of making long series tower bolts in brass as well as in aluminium.
As a manufacturer it is our job to understand how the customer wants their product and help them do so. We provide cost effective products with dimensional accuracy, Durability and customized finishes. We offer customized packaging of products. With experience over the years timely delivery came naturally to us.
SSE has its production unit spread over 10,000 sq ft. We are well equipped auto turning machines, manual turning machines, CNC turning machines, drilling machines, threading and milling machine, punching machine, slot machines etc. We have our own casting unit which enables us to have desired percentages of elements in the final product.
We follow a simple, yet effective process model so that there is no compromise with the quality of the product. It includes various inspections such as raw material inspection, ingot inspections (using metal analyzer), Operation inspection, Dimension inspection and lastly visual inspection. This process model has helped us fulfilling challenging demands of our clients.
